Pumplin Spice Brown Ale
Grapefruit Sculpin Clone – with some modifications from the original recipe (new recipe will be posted based on results)
Westvleteren xii Clone (I had this in Brussels and recently brewed a recipe similar to that of the monastery).
Orange Mead – this is a 1 gallon trial batch of a sweet orange mead, using zested orange peel, clove, and cinnamon sticks for flavor.
Milk of the Poppy Stout – this is a sweet stout brewed with white wheat malt, caramel malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, and plenty of lactose for a sweet taste. Named after a painkiller drink in the Song of Ice and Fire books (which I’m currently reading). ABV: 5.7%, 36 IBU, 31 SRM, 207 calories/12oz.
Honey Porter – a bold porter with a lots of honey and a smooth taste. This porter is lightly hopped, to balance the malt with just enough bitterness.
Pale Ale – this is a light colored pale ale, brewed with some Vienna malt and hopped with 2oz total cascade hops. It’s a very drinkable session beer, but I threw in some Willamette hops at the end of the boil, which I’ll do without next time.
NoVA Robust Porter – a toasted medium body porter with chocolate and caramel malt, with a hint of coffee.
ABV: 6.1%, IBU: 30.2, SRM: 31.6, 206 calories/12oz.
Summer Nights – a saison brewed with rhubarb and strawberry.
ABV: 6.7%, IBU: 25, SRM: 5, 190 calories/12oz.
Fortune Favors the Brave Imperial Double IPA – this is one hopped beer. Brewed with 14 total ounces of hops, added at three different stages, including cascade, simcoe, columbus, and centennial, this is a clone recipe for Pliny the Elder (Russian River Brewing). ABV: 7.1%, 200 IBU, 271 calories/12oz.
(Brewer Favorite) Shenandoah Valley Winter Welcome – a holiday India Pale Ale (IPA) brewed with UK malt featuring Centennial and Cascade hops, giving a fresh citrus and pine aroma with a balanced malt taste. Brewed based on the seasonal Sierra Nevada Celebration. ABV: 7.1%, IBU: 65.4, SRM: 13.4, calories per serving (12 oz): 225.
Haus Blonde Ale – brewed with Centennial hops, this is a light session ale. ABV: 4.6%, IBU: 20.6, SRM: 3.8, calories per serving (12 oz): 126
Bell’s Two Hearted Clone – this is my second go around with this receipe as the first turned out great.
ABV: 6.3%, IBU: 60.1, SRM: 10.7, 201 calories/12oz.
