I’m not a hard cider drinker, but this drink makes me want to be a hard cider drinker. I first had this at a dive in downtown Chicago at the urging of a coworker, and just picked a few bottles up in the DC area. This is a very clear and crisp cider (hence the Crisp Apple name), with a bit of a sour taste that makes you want more. It has a bit of carbonation, almost making it taste ‘champagne-ish’.
If you are new to the cider scene (like me), I recommend this as a first step. In fact, I like it so much, I may challenge myself to brew my own cider in the near future!
